Jonathan Moody
Bass Guitar

Jonathan Moody’s musical resume reads like a road trip itinerary. From touring Europe in an orchestra, standing onstage at the Telluride Jazz Festival, solo bass guitar performances around the US, and a very liberal amount of rock gigs in dive bars, Moody remains mobile by playing for “whoever asks first.”Moody currently navigates between Kalamazoo-based cover band, KiND, Jazz-Fusion band Asphalt, Music Director at Unity of Kalamazoo as well as regular pit musician in the SW Michigan theatre scene. Moody brings a strong foundation and genre authenticity to each and every gig. At home in Kalamazoo, MI, Moody is a dad, coffee and taco enthusiast and occasional cartoonist/illustrator.
